I have complained against the MTNL broadband service which is not working properly and i have raise many complaints regarding to it here are some list of public grievance complaint which is not rectified and false information si given and cleared with out rectifying my problem and when asked about Junior Engineer they say we don’t have authority to dig until some higher authority don’t give oder 1.dotel/e/2014/35880 2.dotel/e/2014/38865 3.dotel/e/2014/39781 these are the month of october complaints and no subsidy is given for the time frame while the broadband is not working properly.

From last 3 months i am paying for the services and broadband is not working properly no continuous service is been given by mtnl then why don’t they give rebate they didn’t given when asked due to which i have to pay 1000 above bill for more than 3 months i am facing it

I want my money for the time frame in which broadband service is not working properly and rebate untill the broaband is not rectified
