I had given my smartphone lenovo vibe k910l titanium to service centre for camera problem. Vision Tech Enterprises, Pimpri, Pune-411017 Now it has been 25 days and i have still not received my Phone. The Service centre people are rude and not at all cooperative. I tolled them that it has been 3 weeks now, they replied, we have customers with more than 1 month here, what about you, We dont know anything you talk with company. Is it right answer by the service centre?? this is not at all fair behaviour by Lenovo. They have made me helpless. I am going to lodge a complaint against Lenovo for improper service. I have lost my trust on lenovo. Never recommend it to any one in the world, rather recommend micromax.
