Aircel Auto Activation of VAS Mobile Balance Deduction

Dear sir,I am using sim of Aircel for 2.5years. my balance deduct automatically and I did not receive any message regarding balance deduction.and when I called to customer care office they blame me that I have activated services.on 17th January,2016,I was activating GPRS plan of rs7 for 40mb for 1 validity but there activated plan of Rs52 for 400mb.and I did not get message regarding activation of RS.52 plan.but my balance deducted for both Rs 7 plan and rs52 plan.it is not first time but many time.and when I recharged 3G plan of Aircel ,I did not get 3G network but balance deducted..and when I called customer care they told that your problem will be solved within 24 hour but they never called us,and another main problem is that when I call customer care they cut my phone without solving problem and after 2nd time call my call did not connect with customer care upto 3 to 6 days
