Lenovo – shutting down of my computer automatically

I bought a desktop configured with Intel processor (serial-q031b552) core 2 duo with motherboard DG41RQ1 (serial no-azrq0310061b)from eastern logica infoway ltd on date 13/11/2010. I am facing a problem that is causing shutting down of my computer automatically. Again powering it on shows an error message that it has recovered from an unexpected error. It was in manufacturers warranty when I first detected the problem and I took it into their service center. Surprisingly, they didn’t find an error and asked me to take it back.I repeatedly visited their service centers and changed all other possibly faulted products like the RAM stick and the Hard disk drive but it did not make me a cure.

I want a Proper solution to this problem as I am facing a lot of problems caused by the non-cooperation of the dealer and the brand service center. If they cant make a solution to their product which supposedly was in warranty period, then they must exchange it without any further hesitation and I also want my 5000 rupees back that I had to bear for no reasons.
