I made a recharge of Rs. 100/- on 20th April 2014 for the prepaid number 8123257xxx. And the recharge was too successful . The number was disconnected on 24-APR-2014 at 05:28 AM. This was done without any prior notice of disconnection. I wrote to them and called them up several times. Finally, I was communicated that the recharge amount can’t be adjusted or paid back. My point of argument is if they had to disconnect the connection why it was not done earlier and they did it only after the recharge.

I want either the number to be restored with the balance amount of recharge or they refund the amount to me.
