Purchased Lenovo IdeaTab A2107A-H from its online outlet – thedostore wherein specifications mentioned accessories & some discount coupon worth Rs.799/- or so also and the order was placed for Invoice No. 100000081 by making online payment through Internet Banking. However, when the product was received by me, it neither contained accessories mentioned nor the Coupon. Raised a complaint with it as under – Ticket ID: KQJ-706-85476 Subject: Invoice No. 100000081 Lenovo IdeaTab A2107A Department: Support – TheDoStore.com Lenovo India Head – eCommerce Mr. Ramanan wrote to me with certain explanation and sent me a link for purchasing the accessories by using the discount coupon. The said accessories were never available on its online store and the same was reported to him. Both Ms Richa & Mr Ramanan have not reverted back despite several reminders.

Want to return the product and refund of my Rs.10,000/- with adequate compensation for cheating me and causing mental agony to me by way of engaging me in investing my precious time in raising the complaint and then following it up without any end result.
