My vodafone UP(w) no is 9758799303. Since the introduction of new recharge of 76 for free incoming during roaming, i tried to recharge my phone with this, it said, sorry this is not available at this time, please try again later. I made a complaint of the same to vodafone care after trying for 7-8 times. Customer care behaved very rudely, soi made a complaint to Nodal officer, they also didnt entertain. Later on mmy several request they said that my 3g services are active so i cannot use this service. i asked them to deactivate it. Also i visited vodafone store, they said i have 38 rs plan active so i cannot use this service. Again i talked to customer care, they said since i am roaming so i cannot use this service. everyone gave a diff reason but no one helped. I am on roaming & wasting a lot of money on incoming, kindly help that i can use this recharge
