Tata Indicom – higher charges poor service

1) That I Have Applied For Tata Photon Connection No.9205004442, Mobile No.9205004442 In Jammu As I Have An Urgent Need Of Internet Facilities But I Am Not Aware That Tata Teleservices Have Already Been Barred From Hon’ble Supreme Court In Feb Of That Year To Provide The Services In J&K. 2) That from the day one, the services for which i have subscribed was not provided to me. I have made no. Of complaints regarding this (please take reference to my complaint no. 587666, 588509) which is still not resolved and even talked to the customer care executives about the deficiency of services being provided but no heed was given to my numerous requests ( both verbal and written) 3) That I have known from another Tata photon customers that since they are in the process winding up from the state of Jammu & Kashmir, they were not ready to provide even the basic internet facilities. Meanwhile a bill of rs.1794/- rose by them vide invoice no.1324257644 dated 05/10/2012. 4) That when contacted their franchisee M/SShree Sai services, it was told that your bill will get corrected and proper services will be resorted soon and again all efforts are gone in vain. finally, i have decided to surrender the connection and filled up the necessary form with their canal road outlet (m/s global tele communication, canal road, Jammu, Jammu -(cash) for its closure and necessary payment was made as required as per my latest bill with the instruction to even forfeit my security deposit in case there was some shortfall and refund the amount of around Rs.1000/-being excess lying with them 5) That but to my surprise the matter of outstanding of dues is still not resolved that I have been called upon to pay the hefty amount again for those months for which the connection no. 9205004442 already been surrendered. 6) That I was contacted but it was told that the connection got disconnected in the month of jan-2013 when Tata Teleservices was legally discontinued in J &K. 7) That the company and its franchisee has played a fraud on me by taking money on pretext against adjustment of bill amount and again raising bill for the unsubscribed period. it was also covered under ‘Deficiency of services” under consumer protection act,1956 and rules made there under. 8) That i have already filed a complaint under section 420 and other relevant sections of IPC against the company and its franchisees mentioned above. 9) That I am also in the process of filing the necessary complaint under consumer protection act at the appropriate firm for such deceit practices and deficiency of services under the act You are therefore requested to kindly guide me where should I file consume complaint either in New Delhi or Jammu. I am also consulting my advocate in this regard. Kindly provide some solution to my problem

RS.1500/ LYING WITH THEM AS SECURITY PLUS RS.10,000/ AS RELIEF FOR SUCH MENTAL HARASSMENT PLUS INTEREST @18% FOR THE AMOUNT DUE AGAINST THEM ANY OTHER RELIEF WHICH IT SEEMS NECESSARY IN THESES CASES
