I am Anita Nandi w/o J B Nandi on Pay Band : 5200 – 20200 (6PC) From 6th CPC from 01/Jan/2006 get pension at basic of Rs 2102/- As per attached letter no 771010509950/1636804/A2 on 13th June 2014 from central pension authority point no 10. my DR allowance should calculate on FULL pension of Rs 3500/- PM from 01/01/2006. Hence DR amount should be (Rs 3500 * 119%) = Rs 4165/-. So total pension amount should be Basic+DR i.e (2102 + 4165 ) = Rs 6267/- But at present I am getting monthly pension amount of Rs 6197/-. That means getting less amount of Rs 70/- PM. As per my understanding the DR amount is calculating based on basic of Rs 2102/- which should be calculated as per point number 10 on the amount of full pension Rs 3500/-. Hence please help me so that I can get the more amount of Rs 70/- per month and also get arrea amount from 01/01/2006.
