I have purchased Split AC on 6 feb but he is send me defect piece and after installation ,i have facing low cooling and noise while running Ac,I want to replaced this AC but he is saying please contact LG customer care and repair it

2 time installed but not well working and i caaled several times he is not given me solution and he saying pls repair it with LG so why reliance sell a defect piece then customer following him and LG

I want to replace this Ac and I have facing lots of problem during this.
