Dear Sir /Madam, I am Vijay Kumar From Patran Distt. Patiala Punjab…India.Pincode-147105. I bought new split AC of LG company on 22.7.14. After 15 days from date of purchase AC stopped working.Now this AC is not working from 5 days.I have lodged complaint no. RNA140807003024 on 7.8.14. But till now nobody solve my problem. I no need of this faulty AC. Please refund my all cash or replace my AC with new AC. LG products are very poor and no good customer services in LG.Please help me.
