LG – defective product poor service

Service not provided and inordinately delayed with no worthwhile result,this has been the issue from the last 3 yrs.Have been running from pillar to post sending mails,making calls,following up with them.I have not been able to use the product at the most important season of summer.

The purpose of purchasing the AC has been rendered null due to poor service and hardship caused is huge.

Replace the defective product with an equivalent features product and extend 3 yrs additional warranty with nil cost to me. Mental,Physical,Financial hardship damages cost of Rs 20,000.00 to be paid over and above the replacement along with extended warranty
