Xolo mobile- hanged restarting not proceeding

On 25th April, my mobile (Xolo Q1000S) was hanged & on restarting it was not proceeding further after Xolo Logo. So on 26th April, i was submitted it to Xolo Service Center in Mumbai (S.G. Infotech, Thakur Mall, Boriwali (W) – Mumbai). They said – “we will have to send your mobile to Company Service Center in Noida & it required 15 days atleat. I handover my mobile there & got Workorder No (310000389381). This issue got resolved on 10th May & when i went there to receive my mobile, i found that it was damaged near Sim Card slot & also network was not coming in it after inserting Sim Card. I talked to Xolo Representative on Customer Care No – 180030100104 & she told me that i have to submit it again. So again on 10th May, i submitted my mobile & got another Workorder No. – 310000422682. On 14th May, i called Xolo Customer Care No & talked with Harminder Singh, Senior Supervisior in Noida Service Center. He was not giving any answer to my questions & told me to wait (for how many days – he was not able to answer). I had a Conversation No – 310000430739 for the same. Now i’m frustated with the services of Xolo & i want my mobile back.

I want a fresh piece from the company as it is in Warranty Period.
