I purchased an LG Air Conditioner from Shree Navakar Electronics, Maninagar on 1oth April 2013 with an assurance that the product would be delivered and installed on the next day i.e. 11th April. However the delivery did not happend till 12th April. On 12th a delivery man brought AC Units in a passanger auto and was reluctant to deliver the product at my residence at first floor. Since I was not at home she asked my wife to pull the machines by her own which was not possible. After repetative request he rolled over the maachine at the steps till first floor and kept the outdoor unit top-down that makes the Gas and Oil messed up. He also took Rs. 150 towards delivery charge. (I believe, delivery and installation is complimentory). Now on the next day i.e. 13th Installation engineers Mr. Irfan (Cell :8490050095) came, however, the piping was short and he asked me that additional 3 feet of piping would be required and that would be charged Rs. 200 per feet. additionally compressor stand would required that would cost Rs.500. He installed the stand for which i gave Rs. 500 but he did not carry the extra pipe so promised to come the next day. Now next day he came with the rotten old pipe without cover and asked Rs 360 per feet. I asked for the new one. To this he again promised to come next day with new pipe. Till date 18th installation is not done and he keep on promising that he would come the next day. Till date the installation is not completed.
