I am subscribing to Vodafone PREPAID No 8556822568. On 16 April 2013, the company activated caller tune on my number and charged me Rs 30 from my balance even though I did not ask for this service.

The company indulges in such harassment periodically. This is theft of my money since I have NOT ASKED FOR THIS SERVICE.

Refund my money as well as pay penal fine as decided by the Consumer Redress Body.
