I am also attaching the snapshot of Online Complain.

I want my product without in defect and the company must extend the warranty for the days it is kept during the service. Or company provide me the new piece and the warranty should be applicable from start of the day it is provided. That must be if they provide me the new product in Aug 2014 then the warranty up to Aug 2017.
