I have ordered Blackberry headphone from snapdeal but they have delivered Duplicate BlackBerry headphone and that too faulty product. After continuously following with them they took it back after 15 days and they told that my money will be refunded in 7 days but after 10 days they have not refunded my money back. I called them 10 times for refund and to take back the duplicate product.

I need my money back with compensation. They almost harassed me, I have sent my valuable time in calling them and wasted my money also.
