LG LCD TV – Extended Warranty not received since 8 months

Since March 2014, I have been following up with LG service center to repair my LG LCD TV however they have not resolved the issue yet and I am unable to use my service since 9 months. they changed the panel also but still the TV is not repaired when i call they tell me the part has not come yet. Its been a mental harassment I have paid for the extended warranty to have peace of mind but they harassed me to the core
I want a new LG LCD as they informed me if I am under warranty and they could not repair they will replace and give me a new TV and I want my airtel services to be reinstated plus to be compensated monetarily on the mental harassment me and my mother has suffered since 9 months.
