According to one of the schemes introduced by mobikwik systems,I am entitled to a cash back of Rs.223 which they have obviously not returned and not even bothered to attend me or my grievance after repeated attempts..Very unprofessional way to handle a problem..Transaction Id-MOBAND2-58501146

As only Rs.400 are in consideration here there is not much harm caused.

I don’t want anything else other than my complete 400 cash back as stated in the scheme.
