My name is Blasco Dcosta and I had purchased a 42″ LG LED Smart TV costing Rs 55000 on 23/10/2011. At that time they failed to deliver the product stating it was out of stock after I had paid the amount. After constant follow up they replaced the product with a SMART TV by me having to pay additional Rs 5000. The guy who came to deliver the TV took the original bill and handed over a replacement Snehanjali challan bill stating that since it is a replacement Snehanjali will require the original bill. The TV is now giving me problem where there is vertical black lines on the the display. I called the LG service centre, they inspected the TV and said the display has to be replaced and the cost is Rs 30000. Also since they dont have a spare display they will provide me a ~50% refund and take the TV and I can buy another TV. Now they want the original bill (not a duplicate copy) to process the refund, without which they wont give me a refund. I have been running from pillar to post to get the original bill and no one is helping me from Snehaanjali. I went to the Andheri outlet and they treated me as if I was a beggar, said will call back but dont think the company will give the bill as it is 3 yrs old and that time it was manual process so dont have records.After following up with them, they asked me to call the contact centre on 42904090 as they cannot help me. The contact centre picked up the phone after i calling them 15 times and the response i get from them is to write to you to complaints@snehaanjali.com. i have got no response from them aswell. To top it all they said go to consumer court if you want to and there is nothing they will also do. I want the original purchase bill from Snehaanjali not the duplicate copy with the TAX NO. on it as LG will not accept a duplicate copy for the refund. Also LG takes 30 to 40 days to process the refund so require the bill as soon as possible to initiate the request
