Online bus ticket was purchased through the website of WWW.REDBUS.IN for A/c bus service from Hyderabad to Kakinada (Ticket no: TG6646732522) on 9/05/14 at 23:15 hrs. I have reached pickup point and informed my arrival at pickup point to bus operator. Operator told me wait for pickup. At departure time Red bus operator informed me about cancellation of bus due to break down. I requested for alternate bus to reach Kakinada as my work was important. Bus operator has replied in negative. I took Taxi for Rs 10,000/- to reach destination. On enquiry it was come to know that bus service was not cancelled and operated as normal. Bus operator has sold my ticket to another passenger at higher price than online price. I heard similar experience from co passenger from same operator on return journey. In view of this I request you to conduct complete inquiry and do justice to me.
