Spice Mobile – dealy in repair poor service

Hi, I bought a spice mobile on 13.09.2012 model no. MI 425. Alongwith mobile, the vendor referred services of Mymobilecare on payment of Rs. 700. This service was valid for 2 years and cover all damages including breakage. My card no is MC-IND-C-001021. On 20.01.2014, we gave our phone to them for repair of screen breakage. Since then we have not got our phone back. I have been chasing then for last 4 months but they are not responding. Their customer care executives do not provide solution except for buying more time and give excuse that they have not received the set back from teh service centre. I have spoken to their senior Amit (9268032xxx) and Amritpal (9266524xxx) but they also donot provide any solution. I have been harrassed by them for last four months and have become mentally depressed.

I want my phone back repaired, cost of new phone which I incurred due to their pathetic service quality and compensation for Rs. 1 lakh for mentally harassing me.
