LG LED TV Problem

sir/mam the problem encountered in the lg led tv since its purchase are enumerated below:- 1. tv purchased on 01/08/2015 from m/s. s.c. shah & co(p) ltd. chennai vide invoice no. an4201 2. first complaint reg. tv goes off/on automatically dt. 21/09/2015 – rna no. 150921031952 3. asc technician attributed the fault to mother board and changed it on 02/10/2015 4. second complaint reg. same problem as of complaint no.1 noticed and registered on 27/11/2015 vide rna no. 151127031326 5. asc technician attributed the fault to power board (svc part) and after much persuasion through different mode of contact, changed the board on 27/12/2015. 6. the same problem surfaced again and my complaint rna no.16011106977, dt.11/01/2016 and rna no. 160125029400, dt. 25/01/2016 refers. 7. lg asc rep. mr. shanmugham (m/s. shiva engg.) and lg/ chennai area service rep mr. senthil kumar visited my house on 02/02/2016 and observed the tv for 1 hour. mr. senthil kumar attributed the fault to voltage above 240v. 8. the same problem – power goes off / on surfaced again intermittently and almost daily. 9. since 02/08/2015, i have been using v-guard stabilizer exclusively for this tv. as per lg , the power specification for this led tv is ac 100 – 240v. v-guard specification reads – working range = 90v – 290v. out put voltage= 200v – 240v (from 180v to 280v in put). the incoming voltage to my house was checked by electrician on 26/02/2016 and v-guard stabilizer was also checked. the incoming power to the switch board is around 230v and the output from the stabilizer is in the range of 210v only. 10. on 26/02/2016, in the presence of electrician, who checked the voltage, i tried to contact mr. senthil kumar, lg rep for chennai area service centre in his mobile no. 9176692265 but he did not attend the call (time 10:55 hrs) and i could get mr. shanmugham, asc rep and i informed the status and the electrician too spoke to him. 10. the voltage input has been in the range of 210v range only i.e. within the range of lg specified voltage – 100 – 240v. 11. even i called the airtel dth, which is being used by me and they checked the connection and told there is no problem from the transmission side. it is a new tv which worked without any interruption for a brief period only and 2 main parts were replaced within a span of two months. the same problem surfaced again. i could not view the tv without any problem. i request you to arrange to replace this defective tv with a new one to render natural justice to a lg customer, who spent rs.25,500/- for the tv. and could not view the tv without problems. i suspect lg marketed a defective product and the ill fated customer is facing mental torture. i have been making complaints and calling one service provider after another to check the exact reason for this fault in the tv. as in put voltage level is checked and more over stabilizer is regulating the voltage within the permissible limit, mother board and power board being replaced already, the only option before lg is to replace the tv and the customer should not be targeted for the faulty tv marketed by lg. p.s. tel plot no.8, kurunthogai street srisakthi nagar annanur chennai – 600 109
