I am having a retail business as M/s. Saba General Stores being Lapu No. 9831976381 with the distributor R.K. Trading Co. since more then a decade, the distributor requested me to carry out the scheme for retailer on customer 4G replacement follow by scheme for retailer on Airtel alternate No. accordingly I done as per the scheme in mobile No. 9903844295 with alternate No. 9007870715 and another 9903305944 with alternate No. 9831794706 but the distributor only gave 1GB 4G data in 9903305944, where as it was assured that the scheme provides 1GB 4G data in each of the numbers. On enquiry with one Partha Chakravorty, T.M. (9932449183) he showed provocative attitude to me and flatly refused to give 1GB 4G data in each of the aforesaid numbers as per the scheme and furth er said that its not his look out to satisfy the customers. I therefore request you to take immediate steps against the distributor for not providing the scheme and said partha for harming my reputation and give 1GB 4G data in each of the numbers forthwith, otherwise, I will the compelled to take necessary steps as being advised.
