We bought LG microwave on 20th October, 2008. Within 5 months it started giving trouble. We called up LG customer care. They were prompt enough to send someone, but problem was not solved. My call to LG customer care goes like this:

I have been calling them with lot of patients but they have tuned deaf ears and I am left with a microwave in a kitchen which I can use. NEED URGET HELP…………..
