No proper service

Dear sir
i had purchased LG S 500 v mobile on 4 th aug. 2010. but with in two weeks i am suffering a problem that i am not able to anser the phone. incoming & outgoing sound doesnt coming properly. after giving handset at service centre , they take 6 days and the ring tone volume is gets down. so that i cant hear the sound when some one calls me.
