Sub: Purchase of Refrigerator make LG
I have purchased Refrigerator 350 litres make LG model No. GL-368 DMQG from a dealer M/s NEXT RETAIL INDIA LTD. , 5m /118, N.I.T. FARIDABAD on 03.08.2009 for Rs. 25200/-. When I recieved delivery on same day at my residence , I noticed the nos. of scraches on Refrigerator. Also I came to know through the represntative of LG who came to my residence for Demo that this refrigrator was manufactured 2 years back. It is mentioned on Owner’s Manual *As per sales figures, calendeer year 2005. It appears that this refrigrator was manufacured in the year 2005. I asked the representative of LG as well as the dealer to replace as it is an old model.But niether dealer nor LG are ready to replace .
I request for a justice by taking an appropriate action against the dealer or manufactrure for giving the old model on new rate alongwith severel scraches on the body of said refrigerator and also hidihg the date of its manufacture.
