I have purchased a LG-P715 mobile on dt:-16/11/2013. It is under warrenty. I am facing touch screen problem, when i go to service center it refuses to repair it, as service center has no spare. I have gone to service centre 3 times, but it is not responding to my problem. My mobile phone is under warrenty. I have complained this also to customer support LG. No result.
I am unable to use my mobile phone.
I need my phone to be repaired which is under warranty.
