Vodafone – Wrong internet charges billed on my number

Hi, I purchased a Vodafone SIM number 9920255XXX around one and a half year back, I want to use internet facilities on my handset so I requested Vodafone (By email) to activate Rs.99 Vodafone live plan for unlimited 2G internet. They replied me back with the confirmation of activation of the plan, so I start using internet on my handset, suddenly my billing starts increasing, then I made a call to customer care and ask about the issue they said as you have activated 99 unlimited plan your balance will increase but when we generate you final bill the extra amount will be deducted and only calling charges will be taken from you. So I continued using the internet, after that I call many times to call centre regarding this issue but they always said same thing. Now when they generate my bill they did not deduct internet charges from it and billed 6200.34 to me, then they start calling everyday to pay the bill, then I visited Vodafone store Thane station branch and explain them the situation. At that time Anwar and Deepti at Thane branch assured me that your amount will be deducted and request me to pay my calling bills which was around 1400, I paid my calling bill and wrote an application to deduct wrong amount and deactivate my number. But after that also Vodafone has not deactived my number and different people from customer care are calling me and mentally harassing me.I am getting mails also for outstanding amount from Vodafone, then I explained everything in mail also to Dy.Manager Vijay kank (vijay.kank@vodafone.com) and Rajesh Lalia and I got a confirmation mail also from Vijay in which he assure me that the issue is going on about the reversal but nothing has been resolved yet. I have every mail comunication with me and will produce if required. Now on 15-1-2014, Mangesh (+912249218727) called me and talk me in very bad language and threaten me, so I decided to file a complaint against them. I am loosing my peace of mind because of these people, I request consumer forum to take strict action against them. Regards, Vaibhav Sharma

I want that Vodafone must deduct all extra wrong billed amount and send me the confirmation for the same.And compensate for mentally harassing me.
