LG Phone – Service Center Cheating charged more

I had dropped my LG phone in water and need get it fixed. Found out in JAnuary that an original LG screen costs 8K for repair. Saved money till April so I could get it fixed (its a great phone. On 7th April I had the phone fixed AFTER GETTING IT CHECKED BY MR. ASHOK’S STAFF- Who clearly said that I need to get my phone screen changed and that’s all. Spent 7629.24 (have receipt) that day. 12th of April- LESS THAN A WEEK later phone stops reading sim. Get a new sim, etc, but find out sim is not being read ONLY on my Nexus. Go back to LG Service Center, they re look at the phone, open it again, after 15 minutes return to tell me that NOW I HAVE TO GET MY BACK PANEL CHANGED and that will be ANOTHER 8000/-. Mr. Ashok says that the person who did the repairs i on leave, and should/would have informed of both panels being changed. I am not mad to spend 16000 on repairing a phone that now costs 22k. I feel so cheated. Phone has been lying with the service center for over a month on the pretext of it being fixed. LG might have a lot of money, but 8000 is a lot to me. This is a classic case of how citizens are duped by MNC’s and made to run from pillar to post for help. This has caused me so much trouble as I haven’t had a proper phone in close to a month and a half.

Please take the screen that was put on back and refund my money so I can buy a new phone. Phone has been lying with the service center all this time, so screen is in great condition.
