Reliance Data Card – Different plan activated no response

I had been using the RELIANCE PRO 3 DataCard (933112xxxx) since 18th May, 2015. I purchased it from the Reliance Store named Aditya Communications situated in Kolkata 700116. The datacard of make ZTE-AC3633, cost me 999/-. I clearly mentioned the person on the help desk in the Store to select the plan 7GB Day+7GB Night @ Rs 700 for me, but he selected another plan of 3GB @ Rs 444. I was unaware of the fact only until my internet speed was capped on 21st May, 2015 and I called up the Customer Care. They informed me about the wrong plan. I immediately asked them to get it changed and also lodged a complain regarding the Reliance Store person. But there had been NO response from Reliance. Secondly, I’m having a low speed issue on my datacard. Reliance promises downloads speed upto 14.7MBPS, but the reality is quite different. I get a speed lesser than 1MBPS. The speed is between 0.15MBPS to hardly 0.69MBPS on Pro 3 Network. Here is the reference link: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4391413186 The device also gets disconnected after 20-25 minutes. The technical people aren’t helping me in anyway. They just took a complain that is it. I’m really dissatisfied with the way Reliance welcomed me to its network and its been 10 days only and I’m writing this. I suppose I’ll never go on recommending Reliance to anyone.

I want my device returned to the company and my device price of Rs. 999/- be returned back to me at the earliest.
