I want to register a serious complain for a non-delivered and stolen of garment product. I had courier a parcel on 17-04-2015, through Professional courier VIA shipment number #CCU8654413. On 30-04-2015, this parcel was return to me with remarks that out of delivery area. And later when we inspected the product we found that out of 7 garment pieces 4 were stolen and the same being acknowledge to local courier man at Chianr Park , Kolkata-700157. But I didn’t get positive response from them. So request to kindly look into this matter seriously as its also a criminal offense.
