I have receipt CAF SRL NO. 2228 dtd.21.11.2014, issued cheque no. 576642 Rs.2499.00 for service for clasis lite Member type,Service Included: 1)24 labour free Maintenance services, 2) 1 Healthy Home Check up 3) 1 General pest Control 4) 1 Healthy hear check up 5) Unlimited access to LIVE EASY DESK customer care No,:8828031717, when call they say we are unable to provide service to said address, as we have closed down the office for said address, we will give you refund for same, but still I have not received any official letter, emai or sms for refund, when called to above customer care only verbal confirmation is given saying we are in process and will refund you no written confirmation nor even sms or email for confirmation, I have talked to customer care several time and asked for giving written confirmation but they avoid and still not i have not received any written confirmation for refund i don’t now how should i tackle this people. required you please guide me, I have all receipt paid and cheque no. in favor paid to them

i need my refund with interest and penalty to them as they will not do such thing again with any one.
