From past three months we are following up LG with the team and they are ended up saying that cable is not yet received. Now they are telling same and i asked i have kept my Item with you for more than three month still you can`t get the parts. Yesterday they told us to take back the washing machine. This is what we are expecting from so called world class company. This is really pathetic. who will gonna pay for all transportation and company like LG cant repair their own product than stop selling this. 03-June-2015 they told that we got the cable but PCB part is not so It will take another 3 to 4 days.

1. Not used my product for more than 4 month 2. Initially they told wiring problem now they are saying PCB is also not working 3. They are quoting INR 2352 for this all service 4. My wife was went through major surgery in jan month and we struggled a lot because of washing machine was not their at my home
