I had issue with my handset of over heating,system slow down and touch screen was not working properly, so I gave my Micromax handset Knight A350 Black – gold to micromax service senter (krishna mobils-0265-3042020 at vadodra,Gujarat on 20-03-2015,after that service center return my handset to me but I am not satisfied with the working of the hand set so I return my handset to service center.after that I talk to customer helpline they give me offer to change my handset from micromax Knight A350 to micromax A300 so I agree with them but still they did’t give me my new handset till now.

I want my new Hand set back as soon as possible.
