Sir, I had requested for a policy in my name and made a payment to LIC on 16-12-2014 for amount Rs.12140/- cheque no.007767 Kotak Mahindra bank. Recipt no.48918 Branch:725 LIC CBO5 B.o.c no.6404 D.o NO. 1071071 Agent code: 01258725 For which the agent said me the premium amount to be Rs. 12140/- for which i made a payment but after around a month he says due to some reason the premium amount is increased for which i was not interested so requested for cancellation of same and refund of my amount along with the interest for the money retained by LIC. But today on 26-3-2015 i have received a cheque from the agent for amount Rs.11602 dt.24-03-2015 corporation bank (Lic BO V) no.718070. According to IRDA even if a policy is issued the consumer has a rights for FREE look in Period for 15 days. But in my case even without issuing the policy you have deducted Rs. 538/ and even i had my money locked with you for more than 1 month. I have not presented the cheque for clearance until i receive my full amount along with the interest for the period my money was held with LIC. Thanking you, Regards,

Unnecessary charges debited Rs.538/ and interest for my amount held with you for the period until i receive my full amount. held my money unproper response from LIC agents. REFUND of my full amount paid by me along with interest @ 36 p.a for the amount my money was held with LIC.
