When opened the pack, found that the rim that holds the magnifying glass is broken in pieces and the packing of the item itself is very dusty looks very dirty as if its of a very old stock. The item is not as described and I am not happy and satisfied with purchase. When contacted they their tone of the reply is not very pleasing as if its a kind of burden to them. threatened to close the claim without giving sufficient time to settle it. The ebay India is pro-seller online business web site and treatment to the customer is prejudiced and biased.

I demand Return of the item and refund of my money with punishment to set an example.
