I purchased Reliance Pro 3 on 13th Mar’15 from Reliance outlet at PVR Vikaspuri with no:9311XX3172. I was lured by commitment of speed around 14 MBPS. Regretfully speed observed not more than 100 KBPS. Same got checked at the outlet.Even service request no 231191781 SMS on my mobile on dated 16th Mar’15 not resolved till date.

I paid Rs 1100/- for device and lured for post paid plan more than Rs 500/-per month with false commitment of speed around 14 MBPS.Its gross malpractice to sell the product and lure customers for post paid plan. I want my refund back with cancellation order of my post plan.
