Dear Sir,  I was a LIC agent in 11K branch since 2000 ,My code is 01008-11k under Mr. R.  N. Goel ,Development officer.

I have a lots of complaints against him.
1-I had submitted three policy form of my client in 2008 to the Mr. R.N. Goel ,but he had changed my name in these forms and enrolled my clients policy with Seema Aggarwal ( his another agent).

Detail as under:

 When I raised this issue with DO he told me that he will give me the first premium commission and for renewal commission he will transfer above policies in my agency. After giving several reminders, things are still remain and finally writing this mail.

2- After this episode I lost my interest in LIC agency ,henceforth my agency was terminated.

3- I did business to the LIC for 8 years and still getting my renewal commission ,but he carry my commission cheques from branch and gives me after they got stale. Recent case today I suddenly went in his office and he gave me a cheque of Rs. 2518 dated 31/12/2013. Ch no.246888 bank Axis bank Ltd.Karol bagh. This is happened six times.

4- He convinced me for rejoin him and asked me Rs.1000/ DD in favour of LIC and qualification documents for renewal of my agency license in the month of May 2013.DD no.206058 dated 04/05/2013 bank ICICI BANK , SECTOR-15 RONINI DELHI but still don’t let me know the status of the agency license till date.

5-I personally complained same to Mr. Jha Branch Manager (11-K) in 2013 but in vain.

Kindly take this issue seriously how could a DO put my client’s policies in another agent code and when I will get the commission of these cases?????? First commission as well as renewal commission.

According to IRDA guideline a Development officer can’t change the policy forms. Anybody can check these above policies forms.

I want to continue my agency with another DO kindly suggest me….and provide me a suitable judgment at the earliest.
