I am residing in Karwar( Uttar Kannada) Karnataka. I have booked one plot in Max Spandana Project situated at Muddenapalya Village, Tavarekere Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk(sponsored by Maxworth Relaty Ltd.). For the above I have paid total amount Rs. 180000.0 (One lac Eighty Thousand only) in two installments, first Rs.100000.0 (One lacs) on 01.09.2012 (by cheque, SBI NPCC Kaiga, cheque no-178155, with receipt No.-BLR/12-13/2617 dated 25.08.2012) and in second installment Rs. 80000.0(Eighty Thousands) through NEFT on 17.10.2012(NEFT reference no.NEFT-SBINH12291115275-ALOKE RANJAN, with receipt No.-BLR/12-13/3641 dated 17.10.2012). Receipts are attached. In agreement between self and Maxworth Reality, it was committed that project will materialized within six month. After one year of Maxworth Reality commitment, there was no progress in the said project was observed and also no communication was made by Maxworth Reality regarding the progress activities of the project. In these conditions it is very difficult to anticipate the time of completion of the project. Due to above reason I cancelled the booked plot and for that I submitted the cancellation application to Maxworth Reality on September-2013 through email ( to naveenbv@maxworthrealty.com ). As per them( through oral communication) for cancellation of the plot simple sending the mail will be sufficient. I have send these mails to abhinandan@maxworthrealty.com in Oct-2013, Dec-2013 and Feb-2013. Apart from that I have send hard copy of cancellation application on 09.12.2013 as I was informed that they did not receive the message. In spite these communication, Maxworth Reality is not returning money. When I called to those representative they continuous telling that your money will be refunded in next week. But since Dec-2013 I struggling for my money and Maxworth Reality is continuously procrastinating it.

I want refund of Rs 1.80lapkh money with interest as stipulated by Goct India and mental compensation.
