my policy no.24804279 dtd.June.1979.has been matured since May 2009.Actully this policy was lien under education loan of my son with indian overseas bank,D h Road.Kolkata.As i recieved the voucher of matured payment the same i handed over to bank to send the original policy to Lic.It was sent to Lic on by the Bank to Mr Goel at LIC of india.Unit-117,3rd floor,jeevan Prakash,25 kasturba gandhi Marg,New Delhi-110001.When bank did not recieve payment they called up Lic. And Lic refused of such papers having recieved.Then IOB took confirmation from Post Office New Alipore Kolkata,and it clearly shown that Lic have recieved the papers.I happened to visit Delhi in some time May 2010 and called up Lic to find out and they put me on to Mr Gupta.I told him all about,then he asked me to call up the next day.So,i did and he confirmed that moner is still with them and he will look into it that why it has not been sent to IOB.There after till now there has been no response,i tried to contact Mr Gupta he does come on line.No one that office comes on line to speak.They keep passing lines to other person.I have written numbers of letters,but no reply from their side.With hope that you will help me on this to get my money which was given to Lic in small amounts.I am really concenered about my other policies.It is my humble request to help me.Thanks.Manmohan Chaudhry
