LIC of India – Misbehave when i asked to slowly explain by Agent

Dear sir, Today i received a call from LIC agent mobile number 9211572581. The agent asked me that their are new benefits added to policy Jeevan Anand the i said ” ok ,tell me”. He then transfered the call to his senior named Vikram Singh. Vikram singh then started telling about the product very fastly, so not able to understand his words i interrupted him to slowly tell about the policy. After this his behavior and wordings changed and he said, ” Tu kuch nahi le payega, teri Aukaad nahi hai kuch lene ki” very rudly. This behaviour really puzzled me and disappointed me . I am really surprised why such people like Vikram singh are given the duty interact as they do not how to talk to a person. Even to their father do they talk in the same manner. A strict action is to taken againts Vikram Singh for such behaviour. Regards, Ajay
