Sir, I have paid the complete home loan to LICHFL (my home loan a/c No. is 211100000747) but they have not returned me the all DOCUMENTS as per their ” LIST OF DOCUMENTS” issued by their office. the “ORIGINAL FLOOR PLAN ISSUED BY BUILDER” is mentioned in their “LIST OF DOCUMENTS” but in final delivery letter they have not returned me the “ORIGINAL FLOOR PLAN ISSUED BY BUILDER”. On approaching their area office they are denying to returned it.

1. Returned the “ORIGINAL FLOOR PLAN ISSUED BY BUILDER”. 2. PROVIDE ME COMPENSATION ON MY PROPERTY VALUE. 3. Returned all the interest and charges etc that I paid to LICHFL apart from my principal amount.
