I had purchased NOKIA LUMIA 710 MEI No. 352843058436590 on 18.02.2013 at Patna. The product which I bought is absolutely useless. I had got repair twice first on 30.07.2013 when sound inward was found defective to get it repair Rs. 1500.00 was spent and additional amount of Rs.1500.00 also spent to extend the warranty of the set up to 18.03.2015. Again screen display problem is there in the same mobile set. It was neither repaired in outside outlets nor wetted with water because of extra care. Despite all this again I visited Nokia care center to get the above mobile set repair at Aryans Communication in Lucknow Major Symptom 4907 Display found blank. I am asked to pay Rs.3390.00 for repair of the mobile. It seems that the product your outlet sale is futile and of no use. You should answer your customers why we would purchase your mobile although you should SHUTTER DOWN your company for further sale. It is very embarrassing to use NOKIA LUMIA 710 rather I would suggest others not use NOKIA MOBILE set.
