My name is Praveen Gupta. I am filing a complaint against services of Videocon. I had 3 AMCs for 3 ACs of videocon for the last 3 years.This year they dint provide any single service for my ACs even i constantly sent them mail reminders and their customer care no. is also engaged most of the time.

I want them to resolve all the issues which i am facing right now with my ACs under the policy of AMCs as soon as possible. This should also stand as a review for other readers of Videocon Air Conditioner Prospective Buyers of the AC and its AMC which is not really satisfactory in my opinion.
