Dear Sir, Kindly take note of my earlier grievance Ref.no.DEAID/E/2012/00647 seeking redressel of my housing loan subsidy arrears with my employer LIC which remained pending for technical problem and also remained unsolved. On representing my problem to your end, I was given a reply that the problem was pending with LICHFL and would be resolved soon and the complaint was closed on 15.12.2012. Having waited patiently for more than a month and having not received any reply from the appropriate authority , I again represent my problem to your end. My problem briefly is:1.LIC Housing Loan Scheme offerred to employees was subsidised and the subsidy should be paid to our salary from 04/2010 onwards. 2. Due to Joint Loan applicants there existed a technical problem in bifurcation of Loan amount which was corrected to some extant and some subsidy started from 04/2012 onwards . 3. However the subsidy arrears remain unpaid for 2 years , and the correct subsidy could not be arrived yet. 4.As many employees are suffering like this, kindly intervene and redress the grievane.
