Nov 27, 2012, I was driving my car Hyundai Varna on Highway Sawai Madhopur to Jaipur… when a cow come to front of my car, then I try to save my car come to left side of road and as I take this action then my car bumper and chamber have damaged by a stone. Same day I opted report of accident at insurance office and Hyundai work shop. I have submitted my all documents as per the requirement for claim. My insurance was Cash Less but I face problem that insurance company have not tie up with this Hindustan Hyundai Jaipur work shop., so they are unable to process this policy under Cash less. Regarding this I was talk to Rajasthan Claim head Mr. A. K. Singh. They give me confidence that dear you pay first and within 10 days you will get full amount of your claim from our side. I was doubtfully so ask again to pay first then Mr. Singh was again took me in a trust boundary. As per the designation I believe on them. And process them amount to company. After 3 weeks I did not get any amount DD/Cheque from company then I again contact with them but they response very rude or unprofessional. They said now we have lot of work load so it will take 10 days more. I was so surprised with them proper manner that they are owner of company or service person of public. Now I have waited too much time with them commitments and take decision to complaint against the company and irresponsible management and wrong person appointed on these type of designations., Ever since the estimate was completed and submitted to United Insurance Company I have since been waiting for my claim Amount from last one and Half Months. After understanding to them makes this statement I became gravely concerned that this Insurance Company is not diligent with taking care of claims in a proper manner. I am forwarding this information to the public in hopes of exposing this company for how it handles claims. From what I have been through with them they come across as very mismanaged and unprofessional. Even though my damages are INR 21500, it is the principal of the matter to honor the claim filed and pay for the damages.
