I purchased a Licostyle Slipper with Barcode L1912981 vide cash memo no N-4544 dt 25 April 15 of Rs 2095 only. The slipper is making irritating sounds while walking since I purchased it. ON contacting Suvidha Stores Pvt Ltd, their Sales Manager Mr Dheeraj denied for any replacement/guarantee against this manufacturing defect. I used for 5 days just in an impression that the sound will go away automatically but it does not. It irritated me a lot and it looks very ugly when i walk and the slippers create sound like “chiii chiii”

I just want to make this sound disappear or exchange the product with good one which does not cause any such problem or refund of my full money of Rs 2095/- on immediate basis
