On 13 March 2015, at 11:25 pm, I used SBI to pay fees for a medical exam entrance through Citruspay, but it showed an error in transaction although money was debited from my SBI account. Citruspay is refusing to having received the money (proof attached) Transaction number: 05225273014862

Refund of Rs. 811.24 or a detailed explanation of the whole process that will force Citruspay to pay up in case the fault is theirs.
