Pumpkart.com – Not satisfied quality refund not credited

I ordered the submersible pump order no. #SPC100004305 on www.pumpkart.com on 16.04.2015 and & after some time i want to cancel the order so i chat online with customer care to know about delivery & to cancel the product as i am not satisfied with product quality but its customer executive doen’t reply with satisfactory answer & on 30.4.2015 the product delivered at 4:20 pm .after that i want to cancel it so i call customer care to cancel it & they ask me why i want to cancel it & i said i dont want the product as it is not of ggd quality so they said it can’t be returned but their return policy shows following details 24 HOURS RETURN POLICY If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, Pumpkart.com has an option of returning the item back within 24 hours of receipt. We would consider the following points before accepting the product back: Used Product A pump cannot be returned once it has been used, oiled or greased. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all price tags, original packing, labels and invoice. Suspected Damage At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product will be just fine in most of such cases. Get in touch with our customer care at 8288002xxx (Mon to Sat 9AM to 7PM) within 24 hours of delivery if the product arrives damaged. Defective Product In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will return or replace it and bear the shipping cost also

please take necessary action to resolve the problem .
